Julie Priestley
Service co-ordinator

Having a strong administrative background and wealth of experience in customer facing services I felt ready for a change in role that would maximise my existing skills and still enable me to develop. I joined Passion for Support 4 years ago as a Part-time Personal Assistant (PA) and really loved it.

In my current role, I’m involved in a variety of elements of the business and day-to-day service delivery. I really enjoy spending time with new and existing customers to really understand their needs and to help them develop a package of support that really works for them and enables them to live as independently as possible.

Our dedicated team of Personal Assistants (PAs)

“I care for people how I would like to be cared for myself.”

Some of our support workers

Our PAs are given a comprehensive range of training and support to ensure that they are competent and confident in delivering a high quality service to our customers. We believe that training and qualifications are the key to delivering services that people want and need now and in the future.

To demonstrate our commitment to this we have signed the Skills for Care ‘Skills Pledge’ and we encourage all PA’s to work towards accredited training qualifications in Health & Social Care.

All our PA’s are required to successfully complete a robust vetting process before they are accepted into our team.
