Passion for Support, Service Co-ordinator

Having a strong administrative background and wealth of experience in customer facing services I felt ready for a change in role that would maximise my existing skills and still enable me to develop. I joined Passion for Support 8 years ago as a Part-time Personal Assistant (PA) and really love it. Since then I have been supported to develop myself and my career further by undertaking the level 5 Diploma Health & Social Care Business Management.

In my current role, I’m involved in a variety of elements of the business and day-to-day service delivery. I really enjoy spending time with new and existing customers to really understand their needs and to help them develop a package of support that really works for them and enables them to live as independently as possible.
